My other question is , if i am not getting any forms from them what do i take to a tax processor at the end of the year? If they are not reporting me do i have to file my monthly earnings ?
Go to the local IRS office and fill out a 1099. It’s not going to be your problem when the IRS calls the company in for a ‘discussion’. Take all documents, bank statements and income statements to your accountant. Let the company worry about what their responsibilities are.
